We currently ship within Fiji.

We are actively working to expand our delivery services to:

  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • United States

2 – Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

3 – Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time within Fiji: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services

4 – Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions

5 – Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number (if available)
  • You can use this to track your delivery status

6 – Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Ayurdesi is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will always try to assist you.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1 – Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Product is defective

2 – Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Request must be made within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

3 – Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior request

4 – Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5 – Exchange Policy

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we can offer a replacement (subject to availability)

6 – Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping
